Cindy has over 15 years experience in industry and in public accounting. She began her professional career in 1993 when she joined the Enterprise Group at Arthur Andersen LLP, the nation's top international accounting firm at the time. As a key team member of the Enterprise Group, specializing in entrepreneurial privately-held and rapidly growing public companies, Cindy progressed rapidly as she gained professional experience in providing accounting, business advisory and tax services to her clients. She later accepted a job with a client as a senior accounting manager and assisted in their initial public offering. Subsequently, she joined another former client in the positions of accounting manager, assistant controller and director of financial reporting and analysis. Working closely with the CFO and VP of Finance, Cindy assisted in the all aspects of financial statement generation and yearly budgeting and forecasting. Her duties included all of the major accounting functions including accounts receivables, inventory, general ledger reconciliations and internal controls and procedures. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of San Diego.
